Dr. Dale Newton

Dr. Dale C. Newton brings scientific discipline, economic theory, litigation experience, entrepreneurship, and platform-building expertise to Eden’s work.

He is the creator of the Agnostic Economic Markets framework, an analytical system used to examine how market forces, institutional barriers, and risk patterns shape outcomes for communities, businesses, and public systems.

As a board-certified diagnostic radiologist, retired Captain in the United States Navy Medical Corps, entrepreneur, and expert witness, Dr. Newton applies evidence-based systems thinking to complex community problems.

 

Within Eden, his role is to help identify structural causes of disinvestment, measure economic harm, evaluate risk, and develop long-term strategies for wealth restoration and institutional discipline
