Michael Tisdale

Michael Tisdale is a seasoned real estate developer, housing professional, and community development practitioner with more than forty years of experience in affordable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and infrastructure planning.

As Eden’s Director of Physical Infrastructure and Real Estate Development, he leads planning, development, housing strategy, rehabilitation, construction coordination, and community-centered real estate initiatives.

Mr. Tisdale is the founder and president of Boaz Alternative Energy Technologies, LLC. His work includes residential rehabilitation, new construction, homeownership preparation, housing finance, and the development or rehabilitation of more than 150 residential units.
